Yes. Account creation includes one camera setup slot without paid AI access. A real camera connection must still be verified. Checkout is currently test mode only.
No. Starter and Pro include eligible AI event descriptions and event history. Proposed continuous playback is separate: $10/month per camera for a rolling 7-day window, or $20/month per camera for a rolling 14-day window. Storage checkout is not yet available. Recording can still be interrupted by power or internet outages.
The app guides account and device setup. Hands-on installation and network work are quoted separately. We verify the camera’s live view, controls, and recording capability before activating optional recording.
Controls depend on the exact model and connection. Pan, tilt, two-way audio, tracking, and siren must be verified per camera; they are not guaranteed for every device.
Access requires a Secure Watch account and membership in your workspace. Owners manage invitations and roles. You remain responsible for informing people and using cameras lawfully.
No. AI descriptions can be wrong, alerts may be delayed, and Secure Watch does not provide emergency dispatch or guaranteed detection.
