Secure Watch Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Secure Watch pilot and test-mode subscription experience.
Authorized use
You may use Secure Watch only for locations and cameras you are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for notices, consent, and compliance with laws applicable to recording and surveillance.
AI descriptions
AI descriptions are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not emergency monitoring, professional security advice, or a substitute for reviewing the original event image.
Service availability
Pilot features may change and are provided without a guaranteed emergency response or uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on Secure Watch as the sole means of protecting people or property.
Billing and cancellation
Current checkout is test mode and cannot create a live charge. Before live billing begins, final prices, renewal terms, cancellation behavior, and refund policy will be presented for approval.
Acceptable behavior
Do not attempt unauthorized access, share device credentials publicly, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, or use the product to violate another person's privacy.
