Secure Watch Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information Secure Watch processes to provide private camera monitoring.
Information we process
We process account details, workspace membership, camera configuration, motion-event images, AI descriptions, access logs, and billing identifiers. If you request a setup call, we also collect the name, phone number, email, and any optional business or setup details you provide. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Secure Watch.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate customers, isolate each workspace, deliver event history, operate AI descriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, respond to setup-call requests, and maintain billing state. A callback request does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Retention and deletion
Saved camera events and their images are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Callback requests remain in the owner-only sales queue until reviewed or deleted upon a verified request. Account, billing, security, and audit records may be retained longer when required for service operation, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your choices
Workspace owners can manage members and billing. Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account or callback information. Requests are verified before action is taken.
Service providers
Secure Watch relies on Cloudflare for application hosting and storage, Supabase for authentication, Stripe for test-mode billing, and configured AI providers for event descriptions.
